Whether a vacationer staying at the beautiful Waikikian resort, learning to stand-up paddle in the adjoining Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon, or a returning local surfer enjoying the nearby beachbreak…Mojitos will quench all of your hunger and thirst needs within an affordable price-point.   Much like the derivative of the Mojito name, mojadito – Spanish for “a little wet”, Mojitos will wet all of the senses from the extensive drink menu featuring over fifteen Mojito drinks, to the simple and clean selection of food that takes resort pool cuisine to a  new level.  Mojitos will add to the vacationer’s experience by featuring the cool sounds of local artists specializing in Jawaiian, Steel Drum and Latin flavored music while relaxing sipping on a cocktail made of the freshest and locally grown ingredients.  Mojitos will also specialize in an extensive fresh squ   tions.

Mojitos is a very clean, chic, sexy and sophisticated pool lounge that will be launched in Hawaii in 2010.  Mojitos will use as many local produce to help bring to life the extremely fresh, tasty and clean menu.  Our goal is to provide tasty options for vacationers and local consumers that are freshly made on a daily-basis, support local farmers, and are filling plus affordable.  Our menu will satisfy the consumers hunger and refresh their senses while either spending the day at the pool, sunbathing at the beach or just simply stopping by for a pre-evening drink.
