“Our focus is on good, simple food utilizing fresh all natural ingredients. Olakino supports the local food movement and has built its restaurant model to promote the farm to fork concept by utilizing local purveyors, and championing sustainability.
Nothing is canned. We make all of our own sauces. We use only locally produce “when in season” with no growth hormones, pesticides, nitrates and trans fats (to name a few).
